Experts and scholars from academia, industry and human resources gave systematic presentations on topics including the employment environment and opportunities of the digital-intelligence era, expanding the boundaries of personal capability, career planning and digital-skill enhancement, AI-empowered job hunting and interview techniques, and technological innovation and entrepreneurial practice. The lectures covered the development trends and technical requirements of key industries in the context of digital-intelligence technologies, new models of individual entrepreneurship and work in the AI era, the practical application of digital tools in career development, and how to leverage big data and technology to market professional skills — providing students with a complete guidance system spanning theoretical understanding and practical operation.

The event fully embodied the philosophy of industry–education integration and cross-sector collaboration. The speakers included professors deeply engaged in academic research, entrepreneurs and founders with rich hands-on experience, and professionals familiar with Greater Bay Area policies and the talent market, forming a multi-dimensional training framework that gave equal weight to theory and practice and combined policy with the market. Emphasising interactivity and practicality, the event used case sharing, tool demonstrations and on-site Q&A to help students turn what they had learned into practical capability, effectively enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of the training.

At the close of the event, the organiser delivered concluding remarks stressing the importance of digital skills in the current job market and encouraging students to apply what they had learned and seize the opportunities of the digital-intelligence era.

The workshop successfully built a high-quality platform for in-depth dialogue between Macao's young students and industry experts, effectively raising university students' understanding of employment trends in the digital-intelligence era and strengthening their digital employability and career-planning awareness. The event not only responded to the talent-development needs arising from Macao's digital transformation, but also provided strong support for Macao's youth to integrate into the nation's overall development and seize the opportunities of Greater Bay Area development. It is of great significance for deepening the integration of higher education and industry in Macao and for cultivating high-quality talent suited to the new era, building a valuable reserve of young talent for the appropriate diversification of Macao's economy.
